Capital Kitchen

This little gem is found at Chadstone Shopping complex. It's a cafe/shop for homewares and other unique finds. On weekends from breakfast/brunch/lunch you will struggle to find a table as it gets quite busy. I have eaten lunch and breakfast here before. It has a nice atomosphere to it, and the food is pretty good. They have a range of made to order items, and premade including salads, paninis, etc. My favourite was the breakfast I had one Sunday morning.

Waffles with orange marscapone and berry compote. Wow was it a combination of flavours that I ate every bit of, if I wasn't in public I probably would have licked the plate.
